Reform California Announces Primary Election Endorsements for 2026 Election Cycle, expanding its growing slate of candidates for statewide office, State Assembly, State Senate, Congress, and Board of Equalization, with gubernatorial endorsements to be announced separately.
The new round of endorsements reflects Reform California’s continuing effort to build a broad statewide coalition of candidates committed to restoring common sense, protecting taxpayers, improving public safety, defending election integrity, and challenging the failed policies coming out of Sacramento.
“California voters are fed up with the politicians who created this mess — higher costs, less accountability, more crime, and less trust in government,” said Reform California Chairman and State Assemblymember Carl DeMaio. “Our primary election endorsements represent a growing movement of reform-minded candidates ready to take our state in a new direction. Reform California is proud to stand with leaders who will fight for taxpayers, defend public safety, and hold Sacramento politicians accountable.”
“Sacramento politicians have had years to fix these problems — and they’ve failed,” DeMaio added. “That’s why we’re recruiting and supporting candidates who will challenge the status quo and actually deliver results for Californians.”
Statewide Office Endorsements
Reform California is backing a strong slate of candidates for statewide office, including:
Reform California also confirmed that gubernatorial endorsements will be announced in the next weeks, as part of the organization’s ongoing rollout of its 2026 statewide slate.
Legislative Endorsements Across California
Primary election endorsements also include a large number of endorsements in State Assembly and State Senate races throughout California, from Northern California and the Central Valley to Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
These endorsements include support for candidates in key legislative districts where voters are demanding change on issues such as the cost of living, tax relief, public safety, education reform, and government accountability.
Congressional Endorsements
Reform California’s slate also reaches into federal races, with endorsements in numerous California congressional districts as part of a broader strategy to support candidates who will fight back against one-party rule and better represent the interests of working families, taxpayers, and local communities.
Building a Statewide Reform Movement
The endorsements rollout marks another major step in Reform California’s 2026 strategy to support candidates who are willing to challenge the political establishment and advance meaningful reforms.
With grassroots activists already mobilized across the state through ballot measure campaigns and volunteer organizing efforts, Reform California says these endorsements are part of a larger push to give voters clear choices in 2026.
“This isn’t just about endorsements — it’s about building a movement,” DeMaio said. “From ballot initiatives like Voter ID to electing reformers up and down the ballot, we are giving Californians the opportunity to take their state back.”
“Voters want change, and in 2026 they’re going to get it,” DeMaio added. “Reform California is helping lead that charge by supporting candidates who will stand up to the political establishment and fight for real reform.”
Additional candidate endorsements — including the upcoming gubernatorial announcement — and campaign engagement efforts will be released in the coming weeks as Reform California continues expanding its 2026 electoral program.
